  1. General Admission

By entering Adventure Village or completing an online booking, all guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Adventure Village reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to leave the premises where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or unsuitable for a family environment.

All guests must follow venue rules, staff instructions, age restrictions, and safety signage at all times.

  1. Parent / Guardian Responsibility

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian, or supervising adult at all times whilst on the premises.

Adventure Village does not provide individual child supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • supervising children appropriately
  • ensuring children use equipment safely and suitably for their age and ability
  • preventing rough, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour
  • accompanying younger children where necessary
  • ensuring children comply with venue rules and staff instructions

Children must not be left unattended within the venue at any time.

  1. Use of Play Equipment

All play equipment and facilities must be used safely, respectfully, and in accordance with any displayed rules or staff guidance.

Adventure Village takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment; however, use of soft play facilities involves inherent risks associated with children’s physical play activity.

Guests use the facilities at their own risk.

Adventure Village accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from:

  • misuse of equipment
  • failure to follow venue rules or staff instructions
  • inappropriate behaviour
  • lack of suitable parental or guardian supervision
  1. Illness, Injury & Medical Conditions

Guests should not attend the venue if suffering from contagious illness or symptoms which may affect other visitors or staff.

Any accidents, injuries, hazards, spillages, or damaged equipment must be reported to a member of staff immediately.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the facilities are suitable for the child’s individual needs, medical conditions, allergies, or physical abilities.

In the event of an emergency, Adventure Village reserves the right to seek appropriate medical assistance where necessary.

  1. Behaviour & Conduct

Unsafe, abusive, aggressive, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Adventure Village reserves the right to:

  • refuse admission
  • end play sessions
  • remove guests from the premises

where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or unsuitable for a family environment.

No refunds will be issued where removal from the premises results from breaches of venue rules or unacceptable behaviour.

  1. Personal Property

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the owner at all times.

Adventure Village accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

Guests are encouraged not to leave valuables unattended.

  1. Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

Birthday party bookings and exclusive hire sessions are subject to availability and operational approval.

Party bookings may require deposits and are not confirmed until approved by Adventure Village management.

Party organisers remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of all children and guests attending the booking.

Adventure Village reserves the right to refuse or amend party bookings where operational, safety, staffing, or capacity concerns arise.

Children may not return to the play area once food has been served during party sessions.

  1. Photography, CCTV & Social Media

Adventure Village may occasionally capture general photography or video footage within the venue for promotional, marketing, security, or social media purposes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid capturing clearly identifiable close-up images of children without parent or guardian consent.

Where specific promotional photography or videography involving identifiable individuals is intended, Adventure Village may request additional written consent from a parent or guardian.

Guests who do not wish for themselves or their children to appear in general venue photography or video footage should notify a member of staff upon arrival.

CCTV may operate throughout the premises for safety, security, and incident management purposes.

Guests are expected to respect the privacy of other children and families when taking photographs or videos within the venue.

9. Welfare Facilities, Toilets & Baby Changing Areas

Parents, guardians, and supervising adults remain responsible for children at all times whilst using toilets, baby changing facilities, seating areas, café areas, entrances, exits, and all non-play areas within the venue.

Young children should be accompanied where appropriate.

Adventure Village accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents arising from unsupervised use of welfare facilities or communal areas.

Guests are expected to use all facilities respectfully and report any hazards, spillages, damage, or maintenance concerns to a member of staff immediately.

 

10. Food, Drinks & Allergies

Adventure Village may serve hot drinks, snacks, food products, birthday party food, and other refreshments within the venue.

Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or medical conditions before purchasing or consuming food or drink products.

While reasonable care is taken when preparing and handling food products, Adventure Village cannot guarantee that food or preparation areas are completely free from allergens.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for monitoring children with allergies or dietary requirements whilst on the premises.

Adventure Village reserves the right to refuse outside food or drink unless agreed in advance or required for medical or allergy-related reasons.

 

11.Liability

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable UK or Northern Ireland law.

Adventure Village accepts no liability for:

  • injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
  • failure to follow venue rules or staff instructions
  • lack of appropriate supervision by parents or guardians
  • accidents arising from normal participation in children’s play activities
  • loss or damage to personal belongings
  1. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking, entering the premises, or using the facilities at Adventure Village, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
