Is a deposit required?
Yes. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Party bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
How long does a birthday party last?
All birthday party packages include a 2-hour party experience, consisting of 1.5 hours of play followed by 30 minutes for food, cake and celebrations.
Can children return to the play area after food and cake?
No. Once food has been served, children cannot return to the play area for safety and operational reasons.
What is the difference between the two party packages?
Party Package One takes place during normal opening hours and is open to the public. The Exclusive Hire Package gives you private use of Adventure Village for your celebration.
Can I add extra children to the Exclusive Hire Package?
Yes. The Exclusive Hire Package includes up to 15 children, with additional children charged at £10 per child.
Can I add party extras after booking?
Yes. Extras such as Character Visits, Balloon Modelling, Traybake Platters and Unlimited Hot Drinks can be arranged after your booking has been confirmed.
